Expansion for Styrene with additional Bradford site

The Bradford office of Chartered Surveyors, Walker Singleton, have concluded a letting of a 29,000 sq.ft. Industrial unit at Low Moor, Bradford to Styrene Packaging and Insulation Ltd.

The site was let on behalf of investor clients and comprises a single storey unit in a popular industrial location and was let off an asking rent of £100,000 per annum. The site is in addition to Styrene’s main facility, located close by. Styrene are the UK’s leading manufacturer of expanded polystyrene with over 30 years’ experience in supplying product for packaging, insulation and construction applications.
