The auction proceeds on specific and general terms and conditions which are set out in the catalogue. All lots are offered without warranty or guarantee and the format does not allow returns or rejected purchases. Bidders are strongly recommended to read and understand all the terms before bidding.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Full or partial refunds due to discrepancies in description, quantity or condition will not be considered.

The manner in which the stock is stored precludes open viewing. Lots have been photographed (a process that is continuing and will see more images added as the auction advances) and these images represent the content of any lot and should form the primary influence for bidders in determining their offer level. Descriptions cannot be relied up and are for guidance only.

The vast majority of the stock appears new and is packaged/tagged accordingly. Inevitably, as stock from a former retailer, there will be stock that has been returned/reintegrated together with other that has been to shows/country fairs etc. Wherever stock has been found to be identified as damaged/faulty/sample it has been recorded accordingly. Again no guarantees can be offered.

This auction runs on a new software platform and as a result all bidders will need to register on first use including existing account holders.

Additional lots will continue to be added prior to close of bids. These are mainly stocks of product from EURO STAR/ISABEL WERTH and MOUNTAIN HORSE plus residual mixed stock lots. These will all appear at the end of catalogue. The sale will fully uploaded by Friday 15th September 2017.

Collection of lots is the responsibility of the purchaser. Fulfillment services are available through Mail Boxes Etc. whose contact details are in the catalogue and who can arrange shipping Worldwide.

VAT is added to all successful bids. All lots attract a buyers premium and a picking levy which is fully explained in the catalogue.

Payment by Credit or Debit Card is not available. All invoices must be paid for by Bank Transfer.
