Leasehold Deal Announced at Former Rybrook Land Rover Site to Creating Spaces Group

Walker Singleton have agreed a leasehold deal with Creating Spaces Group, who are planning to open a brand-new ‘Outdoor Living’ showsite. This extremely prominent site on Wakefield Road in Copley was previously occupied by Rybrook Land Rover.

Creating Spaces Group have acquired new premises in order to support their expansion into outdoor living aspects of home renovation and glazed extensions.

The directors at Creating Spaces Group said, “We plan to bring the UK’s largest site for ‘Outdoor Living’ to the showroom and forecourt area. An immersive experience showcasing timber constructed Outdoor Living Rooms, to be used and enjoyed for a variety of uses, a few of these being: Home Office Pods, Home Gym Pods and Home Bar and entertaining rooms. The lower part of the site will offer a modern twist on ‘glazed extensions’ and a new concept in outdoor space creation.”

The announcement suggests significant demand for well located, presented units across the Halifax and Huddersfield area. Despite the current climate, businesses are growing and actively seeking to expand their premises.

We have seen a strong take up on all industrial space across the area in which we work throughout 2020. We had good demand for the site throughout the marketing period with Creating Spaces Group eventually sealing the leasehold for the whole of the site”
